Position Summary Interior Health is seeking a dynamic Permanent Full Time Nurse Practitioner to join the Lillooet/Lytton Collaborative Care Model, providing comprehensive primary and urgent care to residents of Lytton, Lillooet, surrounding rural communities, and the Nlaka’pamux and St’át’imc Nations. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Nurse Practitioner will provide full-scope, culturally safe and patient-centred care across a flexible rural model that includes longitudinal primary care, urgent and episodic care through the Lytton Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC), which provides services seven days per week, virtual care, and community outreach.
