We are a resident and family-centred community caring for each other. We are currently accepting applications for a part time Nurse Practitioner working 40 hours bi-weekly, day shift only.The Nurse Practitioner (NP) partners with and complements other members of the health care team for the achievement of resident and family-centred care for long term care residents living with specialized and complex needs. The NP will have responsibility for one unit and will support other units as required.
