Chateau St. Michael's is a 93 room personal care home which is located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, offering independent living and intermediate care suites. We are currently seeking qualified, caring and compassionate team players to provide medical care within the full scope of practice as outlined for Licensed Practical Nurses. We offer full-time and part-time shifts of 12.5 hours. Reporting to the Director of Care, Licensed Practical Nurses will be responsible for the following duties: Provide bedside care. Administers oral, injectable, inhalation, transdermal and topical medications as well as eye drops and ear drops, as prescribed, and accurately records in the MAR. Provides bowel and bladder care (e.g. suppositories, enemas, catheters, ostomy bags). Completes transfer / lift / repositioning and falls prevention assessments and posts...
