Non Emergency Call Taker

As a Non-Emergency Call Taker with the Regina Police Service, you will serve as an important first point of contact for members of the public seeking police assistance for non-emergency matters. Working under the direction of the Communications Supervisor, you will answer incoming calls, gather and assess information, document details accurately, and help ensure requests for police service are directed appropriately. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced communications environment.
