The Night Security Staff plays a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the facility, staff, and visitors after hours. This position emphasizes a trauma-informed, non-adversarial approach, focusing on de-escalation, respectful communication, and relationship-building. Rather than relying on enforcement alone, the role aims to foster a calm, welcoming, and secure environment during overnight operations. Key Responsibilities Communicates with Treehouse and Nest staff at the start of each shift & read/leave treehouse communication notes.
