Morning Baker / Catering Assistant

Were looking for a reliable, organized full-time baker/cook who enjoys early mornings, baking from scratch, and working with a team to produce great food. This hands-on role combines responsibility for our daily baking with preparation and packaging of catering orders. Schedule: Early morning shifts, typically 5:00 a.m.1:00 p.m. or earlier, depending on production and catering needs. Responsibilities: -Prepare daily baked goods (scones, muffins, cookies, etc.) following established recipes and quantities. -Check product flavour, texture, appearance, portion size, and doneness. -Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients and finished products properly.
