Under general supervision, the Millwright is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and optimization of production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. The Millwright performs advanced mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical repairs, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and assists in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs. This position serves as a technical resource for maintenance personnel and production teams, helping to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability. 1.
