*About us* West Springs Medical is a busy Family Practice clinic located in the SW community of Cougar Ridge/West Springs. We are looking for a trained Medical Office Assistant to join our collaborative team of staff and physicians to fill a full time permanent position effective immediately. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work well within a team. Duties will include booking appointments, messaging between doctors and patients, scanning and filing to the AVA EMR system, secure e-mailing using AVA Connect, taking vital signs and rooming patients, sterilizing medical instruments in the autoclave, as well as other duties.
