Medical office assistant

We are looking for a Full time Medical Office Assistant to join our Macleod Trail team - Greet patients and verify personal demographic information at check in - Answering phones, booking patient appointments - Managing physicians schedules through the EMR - Experience with ACCURO preferred - Scan and upload documents to place into patients charts - Demonstrate strong organization skills and the ability to problem solve - Excellent communication skills with patients, physicians and co-workers - rooming patients, taking vitals, labelling and preparing samples for lab Job Types: full-time, Permanent Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5pm We thank all applicants for their interests, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
