Medical office assistant

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for our Annex location located conveniently around Spadina and Bloor. You will be directly assisting our Family Practice, Rehab team and Walk-In. *In addition to hands on responsibilities on the front desk, Typical duties will include:* * Greeting patients in a professionally and efficient; * Answer phones and manage requests in a professional manner; * Processing faxes, referrals, emails and physical mail; * Monitor and answer online requests and messages; * Schedule appointments with patients; * Billing, invoicing and receipt preparation (for non-OHIP services); * Maintaining patient privacy & confidentiality; * Being able to deal with stress in a productive manner; * Create and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere; * Have strong problem solving skills and ability to multitask; * Collaboration w...
