Medical leader, quality physician - fraser canyon hospital

Job Summary The Quality Physician Medical Leader role is a new and exciting opportunity to provide leadership and direction to physicians and other health care providers on quality and patient safety initiatives, with the aim of improving quality and supporting the reduction of medical/health care errors that contribute to adverse patient outcomes at each acute care site. You will work with fellow physician leaders and other clinical staff to promote physician engagement and capacity building in quality improvement, and will collaborate with senior leadership and staff to identify evidence-based strategies to ensure best practice at the site.
