Our busy Obstetrics and gynaecology clinic is looking for a temporary (9-14 months) full time Medical Administrative Assistant , with the possibility of the position becoming permanent. We will give preference to a candidate with a positive personality, great interpersonal skills and an exceptional work ethic. MAA training and Accuro software experience is a requirement. The candidate will enjoy a friendly and fast paced work environment, while being the welcoming face for the practice. Responsibilities will be to answer phone calls and book appointments and health information input, scan/fax/file documents, surgical coordinating/scheduling and other clerical duties as assigned.
