*Marketing Coordinator* *PADRA Clinic - Toronto, ON | Full-Time | $18-$23/hour* *About the Role* PADRA Clinic is looking for an organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of our marketing department. This is a hands-on role supporting content creation, social media, advertising, campaign coordination, team follow-ups, and general marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will help coordinate tasks between team members, assist the content creator and social media team, follow up on marketing activities, and support other marketing-related responsibilities as needed to help the department operate smoothly and efficiently. *Key Responsibilities* · Support day-to-day marketing activities and projects. · Assist the content creator with filming, content ideas, scripts, and preparation. · Help manage and publish content across the social media platforms. · Support advertising campaigns and promotional activities. · Coordinate marketing tasks between internal team members and external partners. · Assist with captions, calls to action, and marketing copy. · Monitor and respond to social enquiries when required. · Assist with company events, campaigns, photos, videos, and other marketing initiatives. · Support other marketing-related tasks as required by the Marketing Director. *What We?re Looking For* · Previous experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar role. · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Comfortable working with multiple team members and coordinating different tasks. · Comfortable assisting with content creation and appearing on camera when required. · Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and digital marketing. · Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. *To Apply: *Please send your resume/CV and, if available, examples of social media accounts, marketing projects, or content you have worked on.
