*Job Summary* We?re looking for a *Plant Manager* to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, multi-shift converting environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, throughput, schedule discipline, safety, people development, and operational stability. The successful candidate will spend substantial time on the production floor working directly with supervisors, adjusters, operators, quality, maintenance, and scheduling teams to drive performance and solve problems. This role is not suited to a ?desk manager.?
