*Job Overview* The Manager, Human Resources leads the day-to-day delivery of the HR function and translates the Human Resources & Safety strategy into practical programs, policies, and processes. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources & Safety, this role oversees talent acquisition, the Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) program, employee data, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
