Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio. Tasks: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Shave and trim beards and mustaches. Organize and maintain inventory. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences.
