Lunch supervisor

If you?re passionate about hospitality, enjoy leading teams, and thrive in a lively environment, this could be the perfect fit for you! *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and cash handling using Micros POS systems. * Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude. * Oversee food safety protocols and ensure proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times. * Manage team schedules, interview potential new hires, and support ongoing training to foster a positive work environment. * Assist in food preparation and cooking when necessary to ensure timely service during busy periods. * Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. * Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and report shortages or issues promptly. *Qualifications* * Proven supervising or team management experience in food service or restaurant environments. * Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices. * Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms; bartending or barista experience is a plus. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality standards across diverse settings like hotels or restaurants. * Effective communication skills for interviewing, training, and resolving customer concerns. * Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
