Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operational excellence of a luxury condominium located in downtown Toronto. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, ensure top-tier building performance, and deliver exceptional service to residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for maintaining high standards in a luxury residential environment. Responsibilities * Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring all systems?including electrical, HVAC, low voltage, and mechanical components?are functioning optimally. * Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to track work orders and asset history. * Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient workforce. * Review schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams to troubleshoot issues related to electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems. * Manage project management tasks for upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incident reports while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Communicate effectively with residents and property management to address maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Experience * Proven supervisory experience in industrial maintenance or building operations within luxury residential or commercial settings. * Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. * Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in schematics, electrical systems (including low voltage), HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices. * Experience working with CMMS software for work order tracking and asset management. * Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not mandatory. * Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. * Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and safety compliance.
