Tucked into the basement of a quaint building in Vancouver?s Chinatown, *MEO* is a seductive new cocktail and eatery by the team behind acclaimed Vancouver eateries Bao Bei?a modern Chinese brasserie?and Kissa Tanto, a one-Michelin-starred Italian-Japanese fine dining restaurant We are looking for an eager cook with some experience who is passionate about food and drink. Employment is full-time, with wages starting at $200/day + gratuities. We rotate our rota, with regular shifts from 2pm to close, with split shifts that start mid-morning and ending mid-evening. The cuisine focuses on our interpretation of French classics with a Spanish and Korean twist. Experience with fine dining is an asset but not required.
