Line cook

Manitoba Club is searching for an experienced Banquet Line Cook to join our talented culinary team. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: * Preparation of menu items for catered events * Participate in plating of catered events * Participate in setting up and executing buffet events * Prepare daily requisitions for supply and production of catered events * Work in team environment * Monitor waste during production * Advanced knife skills are required * Ability to work in a fast paced environment in high pressure situations The shift is Tuesday to Saturday 1pm to 9:30pm with some Sundays and Holidays required.
