Line cook

We are looking for skilled cooks! Belleville's is a high volume, fast paced kitchen. Duties will include preparing mise-en-place, cooking bills, quality checking, and plating. You will also be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
