Line Cook ? Appetizers & Salads We are looking for a reliable and motivated *Line Cook* to join our kitchen team, specializing in *appetizers and salads*. Responsibilities * Prepare and cook appetizers, salads, and other assigned menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. * Set up and maintain the assigned station before, during, and after service. * Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. * Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. * Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and accuracy. * Assist other kitchen stations and team members as needed. * Properly store and label food products and maintain inventory levels at the station. * Follow all health and safety regulations. Requirements * Previous line cook or kitchen experience is an asset. * Experience preparing appetizers and salads is preferred. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen environment. * *Full availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.* Schedule *Full availability is required.* Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
