Licensed practical nurse

We are seeking adaptable and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses with recent inpatient surgical experience who thrive in fast-paced acute care environments. As part of an interprofessional team, you will use nursing processes, clinical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to provide safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centred care. This position offers a supported pathway into surgical float nursing. You will begin by orienting to two inpatient surgical units and gradually expand your practice as your competence and confidence grow, with the opportunity to eventually float across up to nine units.
