The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home & Community Care works as a member of an inter-professional health care team utilizing the nursing process to provide direct nursing care to individuals across the life span. The LPN is responsible for her/his nursing practice as defined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA).
