Licensed cook

We are looking for a part-time/full-time cook to join our team. Confectionary cook makes caramel popcorn, brittles, seafoam, caramel apples and fudges. They will also assist in chocolate production and other team responsibilities. Cooks is responsible for managing inventory and stock. Cleaning and maintaining work area. Packaging and preparing items for sale. There is no late nights like a traditional cooking position as we are open 10am-5:30pm/8:00pm Training is available. Attention to details, with precision to recipes. Lifts 40lbs and more on each shift. Working with copper kettle and hot items. Quick and efficient.
