This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to showcase their culinary talents and bring the rich flavors of India to life in a dynamic restaurant environment. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation standards are met * Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients * Maintain proper food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations to ensure hygiene and cleanliness * Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude * Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages * Follow established recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency across all dishes served * Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment *Experience* * Proven food service experience in a restaurant setting, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine or similar culinary traditions * Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a fast-paced environment * Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques in the food industry * Familiarity with serving techniques and customer interaction in a hospitality setting * Prior kitchen experience working with diverse ingredients common in Indian cooking is highly desirable * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Pay: $4,000.00-$4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Casual dress * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Work Location: In person
