Lead Generation Representative

Student Works Painting is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable person to help us connect with potential customers and book complimentary painting estimates. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with short shifts and work-from-home phone duties. Its a great fit for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants a role that fits around school, family, or other commitments. What youll do: Call past customers and previous leads to ask about upcoming painting projects. Make outbound calls to identify new potential customers. Gather basic project details and book estimates with interested customers. Keep clear, accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up requests. Depending on your interest and availability, help with local door knocking and other outreach in Saskatoon and surrounding communities. What were looking for: A friendly, professional phone manner and clear communication skills. Confidence starting conversations with new people. Reliability, organization, and the ability to work independently. A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection respectfully. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow a simple calling process. Previous customer service, sales, or outreach experience is an asset, but is not required.
