*Kitchen & Bath Designer ? Juliette Interiors* *Location: Ajax, Ontario* Juliette Interiors is a boutique residential interior design firm creating thoughtful, beautifully detailed homes across Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for a creative, organized Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team and support our residential renovation and custom home projects. The ideal candidate combines a strong design eye with technical drawing skills and an understanding of how kitchens and bathrooms function. You should feel confident developing practical layouts, detailing custom cabinetry, and selecting materials that bring a cohesive design vision to life. *What you?ll do* * Develop kitchen and bathroom layouts that balance aesthetics, functionality, storage, and client needs. * Prepare floor plans, elevations, cabinetry drawings, and detailed design documentation. * Assist with design concepts, material palettes, presentations, and 3D renderings. * Source and specify cabinetry finishes, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, and accessories. * Attend site visits, take measurements, and update drawings to reflect verified site conditions. * Communicate with clients, contractors, millworkers, and suppliers throughout the design process. * Review cabinetry shop drawings and coordinate design details with the project team. * Maintain organized project files, specifications, and selection schedules. * Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of accuracy. * Support the design firm overall with basic admin tasks on a daily basis. *What we?re looking for* * Previous professional experience in kitchen and bathroom design. * *Previous experience using AutoCAD 2020, Chief Architect, or Revit is required. Applicants must be proficient in at least one of these programs and comfortable producing accurate technical drawings.* * A strong understanding of space planning, cabinetry construction, millwork detailing, and residential finishes. * Ability to translate a design concept into clear, practical drawings and specifications. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. * Clear, professional communication and a collaborative approach. * A portfolio showcasing relevant kitchen and bathroom projects and examples of technical drawings. * A diploma or degree in interior design, architectural technology, or a related field is an asset. *Why join Juliette Interiors?* You?ll work closely with our principal designer in a boutique studio environment where thoughtful design, collaboration, and attention to detail are central to every project.
