Montreal Lake Cree Nation (MLCN) is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and organized Jordans Principle Worker to support First Nations children and families in accessing the services and supports they need to thrive. The successful candidate will help coordinate services, navigate application processes, and work collaboratively with families, service providers, and community programs to ensure childrens needs are addressed in a timely and culturally appropriate manner. The Jordans Principle Worker will assist families with identifying service needs, completing applications, gathering supporting documentation, and following up on requests for funding and services.
