Intermediate Accountant

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Intermediate Accountant performs customer billings and accounts payable duties for Athabasca Catering Partnership Limited (ACLP) and its group of companies. We are a rapidly growing organization with a diverse and dynamic workforce. NOTE: This is a strictly in-person position; there is NO option to work remotely. Duties and Responsibilities: - Billing for related and unrelated companies. - Accounts payable for related and unrelated companies. - Inventory clearing account reconciliation for all entities. - Inter-Company transaction reconciliations in advance of month end close and prepare to pay these out. - Successfully manage a large volume of time-sensitive work, with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced setting. - Prepare bank deposits as required. - Adherence to ACLPs procedures, processes,...
