*Job Overview* *We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Siding Installers* We are currently working throughout Lake Country, Vernon, Enderby. We have at least 6 months of work booked at this moment. I am looking to add another crew to be a part of our team for the foreseeable future. I am looking for professionals in the exterior trade, who understand the expectations of quality exterior finishing. We are a close group of guys who love what we do. we are all smiles on site and we are looking for people who can add even more to the moral. I pay a blend of piece rate for install and hourly for tedious work and demolition. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing exterior siding on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the aesthetic appeal and durability of structures, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality craftsmanship. This position offers an energetic work environment where your skills in construction and carpentry will be valued and developed. *Responsibilities* * Measure and prepare surfaces for siding installation using hand tools and blueprint reading skills. * Install various types of siding materials such as vinyl, fiber cement, or wood with precision and care. * Use hand tools, caulking guns, and other equipment to secure siding panels properly. * Perform heavy lifting of siding materials and related supplies safely to ensure efficient workflow. * Conduct surface preparation including cleaning, leveling, and sealing to ensure optimal siding adhesion. * Inspect completed work for quality control, ensuring all siding is aligned, secure, and weatherproofed. * Follow safety protocols diligently while working at heights or in challenging environments. *Qualifications* * Proven experience with construction or carpentry work, especially siding installation preferred. * Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns. * Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately. * Physical strength to perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the workday. * Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing exterior surfaces. * Handyman experience or general construction background is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards at all times.
