Inside sales representative

*Job Overview* Yarrow Sash & Door is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing house accounts, assisting walk-in customers, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and helping customers find the right solutions for their window, door, and millwork projects. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has strong sales instincts, and is motivated to build relationships and close opportunities. Experience in the window and door industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a proven sales and customer service background. *Responsibilities:* * Manage and grow existing customer accounts * Assist walk-in customers and incoming inquiries * Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities * Build strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders * Work closely with production and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities *Qualifications:* * Previous sales or customer service experience * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Window, door, millwork, construction, or building-supply experience is considered an asset * Positive attitude and team-first mindset If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping customers bring their projects to life, we'd love to hear from you.
