Department: Sales Reports To: Regional Account Manager or Outside Sales Manager Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales and managing customer relationships primarily through phone, email, and other digital communication channels. This role involves qualifying leads, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads. * Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls and emails. * Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers. * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Collaborate with outside sales and other internal teams as needed. * Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. * Proven track record of success in inside sales or customer service roles. * Strong communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills. * Results-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Bilingual preferred (English & French) Job Type: Full Time / In person Benefits: Retirement Contribution, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Education Reimbursement Pay: $35,200.00-$84,200.00 per year Benefits: * Life insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
