Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence, creating a welcoming environment for all guests while maintaining operational accuracy and security. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours * Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments * Monitor the front desk area using multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt response to guest inquiries * Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and a positive attitude * Conduct routine security checks of the property, including CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to ensure safety * Prepare shift reports detailing financial activities, guest interactions, and any incidents or irregularities * Maintain accurate records of all transactions, guest information, and security logs in compliance with hotel policies *Experience* * Previous night audit experience is required * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingually is advantageous * Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting * Demonstrated ability to handle guest services with friendliness, patience, and professionalism * Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including security protocols and guest privacy practices * Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy This role offers an exciting opportunity for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality.
