If you thrive in lively settings and enjoy making guests feel at home, this opportunity is perfect for you! *Duties* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process * Manage multiple-line phone systems to answer inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently * Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences * Handle guest check-outs promptly while processing payments accurately and securely * Maintain front desk operations by managing guest records, reservations, and room assignments with attention to detail * Address guest concerns or issues with professionalism and promptness to ensure satisfaction * Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed *Experience* * Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are key! * Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued to assist diverse guests effectively * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries confidently and courteously * Experience with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is a plus * Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments * Knowledge of hospitality standards and front desk procedures will set you up for success Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes every guest?s stay memorable.
