Home Health Aide

With direction from Willow Cree Health Services (WCHS), the incumbent will support and adhere to the Mission/Vision of the organization to provide services to the community of Beardys & Okemasis Cree Nation (BOCN). The Home Health Aide (HHA) is responsible for participating in the delivery of a high standard of home care services in the community. The focus is to provide personal care, home maintenance and respite assistance to elders and others who require care and resources in their homes, under the supervision of the Home & Community Care (HCC) Coordinator. Data entry for reporting is a requirement under the supervision of the HCC Coordinator. The HHA would also observe, record and report any unusual signs/symptoms and incidents to HCC Coordinator.
