Our care is personal and relationship-based, built to promote independence, dignity, connection and quality of life. We are looking for caregivers to support our client who has ALS in Calgary. *What you'll do* * Support clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and meal preparation * Help with mobility and transfers safely * Assist with medications as outlined in the care plan * Provide companionship and emotional support * Do light housekeeping to keep the home safe and comfortable * Follow each client's care plan and report changes to the RN *What you'll need* * Health Care Aide certificate and active CLHA registration * At least 1 year of caregiving experience * Vulnerable Sector Check, dated within the last 6 months * Current CPR/BLS * Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (an asset) * Additional languages are an asset If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and want to be part of a supportive team, we invite you to apply today at Ohana Care Health Services!
