*Job Overview* We are looking for a reliable, empathetic, and experienced Home Caregiver to provide daily assistance for a warm and loving individual living with ALS (Lou Gehrig?s Disease) in a home environment. Duties Include: * Assisting with mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair) * Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting * Feeding and meal preparation (may include G-tube support if applicable) * Maintain and operate respiratory equipment and process with the focus on details and client needs * Light housekeeping and laundry * Medication reminders and comfort support * Companionship and emotional support * Follow the care plan, observe and report any substantial findings and/or changes in the patient?s need and behaviour * Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by relevant laws...
