Health Care Aide ? South Edmonton *Alberta Homecare Solutions is hiring compassionate and reliable Health Care Aides to join our growing team in South Edmonton.* If you?re passionate about helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, we?d love to hear from you. What You?ll Do * Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing and grooming * Provide mobility and transfer assistance * Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required * Provide medication reminders/assistance according to the care plan * Perform light housekeeping and laundry * Provide companionship and meaningful support * Document care and report changes or concerns * Follow individualized client care plans What We?re Looking For * Health Care Aide certification or equivalent preferred * Previous home care or caregiving experience * Experience with seniors, dementia and/or individuals with disabilities is an asset * Reliable, compassionate and professional * Strong communication skills * Able to work independently in clients? homes * Reliable transportation is an asset Why Join Alberta Homecare Solutions?
