Health care aide

As a Health Care Aide (HCA) with the Rural West Canmore and Banff Home Care team, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes and lodge settings. You will practice as a regulated health care professional in accordance with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA) Standards of Practice and work as a member of the interdisciplinary health care team. You will carry out assigned care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and in accordance with the client’s plan of care.
