We work exclusively with Canadian farmers. Flourist Mill & Bakery on Commercial Street is a high volume neighbourhood bakery, cafe and retail store. We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to oversee daily bread and pastry production, lead our baking team, and provide leadership across our broader culinary operations. *The Role* The Head Baker is responsible for maintaining consistent quality, overseeing daily production, and supporting the performance of our baking and culinary teams.
