We prioritize reliability, professionalism, and respectful service to ensure safety and peace of mind for our clients. *Job Overview* We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the visible presence on-site, responsible for safeguarding property, personnel, and assets. Your duties will include monitoring premises through surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and responding promptly to incidents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to safety in various environments such as commercial sites, construction zones, retail locations, and residential complexes. *Responsibilities* * Maintain a visible security presence by patrolling assigned areas regularly to deter theft and unauthorized access * Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity and identify potential security threats * Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with site procedures * Conduct thorough inspections of premises to prevent loss prevention issues and ensure safety protocols are followed * Respond calmly and effectively to alarms or emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary * Document all incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for accountability and future reference * Enforce site-specific policies while maintaining respectful communication with all individuals on-site *Skills* * Strong understanding of law enforcement principles and procedures * Experience with surveillance systems including CCTV operation and monitoring techniques * Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage * Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and inspections * Ability to respond swiftly and professionally in high-pressure situations * Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public * Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations (preferred) Join us at Zentra Protection LTD where your dedication helps create safer environments!
