About the Position Maymont Central School is seeking a temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) teacher to begin as soon as possible and continue until January 29, 2027, or upon the return of the employee being replaced. The primary assignment is a Grade 8/9 homeroom, with responsibility for planning, instruction, assessment, and reporting across the assigned subject areas. The successful candidate will create engaging and responsive learning experiences, maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
