Golf Course Superintendent

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all golf course maintenance activities. - Develop and implement agronomic programs for turf, including mowing, fertilization, irrigation, aeration, topdressing, and pest management. - Establish and maintain high standards for greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and surrounding areas. - Supervise seasonal maintenance staff. - Manage irrigation systems including repairs, upgrades, and maintenance. - Monitor turf health, soil conditions, weather, and course playability, adjusting maintenance practices as required. - Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and storage of turf equipment and machinery. - Evaluate course conditions and recommend improvements to enhance turf quality, playability, and long-term course health. - Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. - Other duties as assigned.
