This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop sales skills, gain industry knowledge, and be part of a vibrant retail community committed to excellence. *Duties* * Greet visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional first impression of the showroom * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of high-end merchandise * Assist customers with inside sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling complementary products * Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipt issuance * Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and maintaining an attractive showroom environment * Utilize marketing skills to promote new products, special offers, and upcoming events * Collaborate with team members on account management tasks and customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction * Maintain organizational skills to keep the showroom tidy, stocked, and well-presented at all times *Qualifications* * Strong customer service skills * Punctual and reliable * Works well as part of a team * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Able to multitask and stay organized * Comfortable using computers * Self-motivated and able to take initiative * Takes ownership of tasks and follows through Experience with paint, flooring, tile or window coverings is an asset, but not required.
