Position Overview We are seeking a Casual/Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be mature, outgoing and well rounded individual with excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and provide exceptional customer service. _*This position is for daytime hours only, no evenings which may not be ideal for students.*_ Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - looking up parts for customer inquiries - in-store retail sales - basic cleaning/sanitizing of the office and retail area - customer deliveries and some field work with other staff when required Requirements - must be able to work as a team and f...
