Front desk agent

The Ramada Hinton is currently looking for fulltime Front Desk Agent who is friendly and hardworking. Experience and knowledge with Opera system is an asset but not required _Responsibilities_: Register & process guests and their assigned rooms. Accommodate guest requests. Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms. Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services. Handling cash payments. Answering the phone inquiries and greeting the guests at hotel.
