ROLE DESCRIPTION: SHIFT SUPERVISOR The Tim Hortons Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising team member activities during the shift to ensure standards for people, product, cleanliness, safety and Exceptional Guest Experience are met. People Management Leads by example and treats team members and guests with respect. Provides direction, training and support to team members. Responds to issues requiring attention during the shift.
