Food Service Supervisor

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of food service staff involved in preparing, portioning, and serving food. Ensure all food and beverage products consistently meet established quality control and food safety standards, as set forth by the Franchisor KFC Canada Plan menu offerings in collaboration with management and estimate food, beverage, and labor costs to support efficient operations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely ordering and replenishment of food supplies, ingredients, and other restaurant necessities, all ordering must be done through KFC Canada approved suppliers Foster positive relationships with guests by ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional service, resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
