Food Processing Worker

**GAM Trading Ltd.** is looking for a reliable and hardworking **Food Processing Worker** to join our team in Saskatoon. ### Duties * Process and prepare beef and lamb products * Produce meat rolls and other food products * Operate food-processing equipment safely * Weigh, package, and label finished products * Check product quality, weight, and labels * Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures * Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment * Properly handle and store refrigerated and frozen products * Minimize product waste and maintain production efficiency * Move products between processing, storage, and freezer areas * Perform other duties as assigned ### Requirements * Previous food or meat processing experience is an asset * Food Safety certification is an asset * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking * Good attention to detail * Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team * Able to perform repetitive physical work and stand for extended periods * Able to lift and move products as required * Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments * Basic English communication skills ### Working Conditions * Full-time position * Physical and repetitive work * Work in refrigerated and freezer areas * Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling may be required * Must follow food safety and workplace safety requirements * Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided/required as applicable
